Sam Underwood is a main actor on The CW's Dynasty, portraying the role of Adam Carrington.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Underwood was born in Woking, Surrey and attended the Winston Churchill School. He trained at the Karen Clarke Theatre Group (now Summerscales Performing Arts). He moved to the US in October 2006, where he studied at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, graduating in February 2008.
Career[]
In The CW’s “Dynasty,” Sam Underwood plays Adam Carrington, Blake's oldest son, who was kidnapped at six months old, and has returned 30 years later.
Personal Life[]
He married actress Valorie Curry in summer 2016. They divorced in 2023.
On October 7, 2023, Underwood was arrested on felony domestic battery charges after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with an unidentified woman. He was released after approximately 10 hours in custody.[1]
