Jeff is hospitalized for his psychotic break and begins to recover, taking his medication again. While he acknowledges his delusional state, Jeff remains suspicious of Brady and sets him up to be caught trying to steal his laptop. Dominique sees that her son was right about Brady and officially ends their relationship. ("Let's Start Over Again")
When loan sharks try to extort Dominique by threatening Brady's life, Jeff arranges a sting operation with the FBI to catch the debtors and rescue Brady. Dominique finalizes her divorce and she celebrates with Jeff, who pays a visit to a comatose Fallon in the hospital. He agrees to post holiday stock-footage on Hot Tea Atlanta to keep Fallon's state out of the public eye, but she ultimately wakes up in time for Christmas. ("That Holiday Spirit")
Jeff struggles to build new partnerships as his reputation is tarnished from the failure of ColbyCo Space. Dominique brings this to Fallon's attention who, in a final effort to appease the Fallon Unlimited board, implements Jeff as Interim CEO. ("How Did The Board Meeting Go?")
As Jeff settles into his role as Interim CEO, he familiarizes himself with Fallon Unlimited's FSN-slate, noting a stall in Dom-Mystique sales. He suggests that Dominique enter NordicStar Airlines' uniform design contest to reach the international market, but she would rather start small: Fashion Fest East for the Plume d'Or award. Jeff calls for Kirby's assistance, and while Dominique loses contest, she takes Jeff's advice to pursue NordicStar. ("Go Catch Your Horse")
