Adam Huber is a main actor on The CW's Dynasty, portraying the role of Liam Ridley.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Huber was born on May 8, 1987, in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School in 2006 and studied Business Management at Pennsylvania State University. He began modeling in New York City in 2007.

Career[]

In 2012, Huber made his acting debut as a frat boy in an episode of CBS' Unforgettable. He went on to book numerous episodic and bit roles with minimal lines, making appearances in New Girl (2014), Awkward (2015), UnREAL: The Faith Diaries (2016), Animal Kingdom (2016), and The Good Place (2016), among others.

Huber portrayed the male lead, Trey, in the 2018 TV movie, Blood, Sweat, and Lies, as well as supporting roles in Room for Murder and Nancy Surveillance. He played Chris in Breaking & Exiting, screenplay by his then-girlfriend Jordan Hinson; the film received negative reviews.

In 2018, Huber was cast in the recurring role of Liam Ridley in The CW's Dynasty. He appeared throughout the back half of the first season and on-and-off throughout the second season before being promoted to series regular for the third season onward. Huber was nominated for Choice Drama TV Actor for the 2019 Teen Choice Awards. In the fifth and final season, Huber appeared in all 22 episodes.

In 2019, Huber appeared in the films Better Days and First Love.

On September 11, 2023, Huber launched a podcast with his girlfriend, Rachel Rigler, Hazel and Blue.

Personal life and controversies[]

In 2021, Huber began dating Republican social media influencer Rachel Rigler, 14 years his junior, who was a fan of Huber for his role in Dynasty.

In July 2022, Huber liked an anti-LGBT Pride post circulating Instagram, stirring controversy from both fans and Huber's fellow costars, notably Rafael de la Fuente who shared a thread on Twitter providing commentary on the matter.[1] De La Fuente later redacted his comments and shared across his platforms that he had a conversation with Huber who claims he liked the post on accident.[2]

In 2022, Jordan Danger shared on her podcast Not Impressed, in the episode "Bad Exes", that Huber was abusive toward her during their relationship.
